These have potential to be 5 stars, but not without some tweaks. I added the splash of vinegar that many reviewers suggested, but I still think the flavor was lacking--it was a little bland to me. The sticky and the sweet factor is spot on, and the cooking process was perfect, but something was missing. Maybe more soy sauce and waaaay more garlic, some fresh grated ginger and a drop or two of Sesame oil would do the trick. Not sure....
