  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups candied cherries
  • 3 cups dates, pitted and chopped
  • 4 cups chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
  2. In large mixing bowl, cream together eggs, butter and brown sugar. Mix baking soda with the milk and add to mixture. Stir in orange juice and bourbon.
