Good taste, relatively easy to make. I used baby carrots instead of peeling/cutting uhm... "adult" carrots and had good success.

These were delicious. I made them ahead of time by boiling them, draining the water and adding the butter and brown sugar. I didn't add any pepper. Before serving, I put them in the oven to warm them up and thicken the sauce. Delicious.

Really enjoyed this. I don't like thick syrup on my carrots, so this was great for me, but maybe too runny for others. I added some nutmeg and cinnamon and replaced a little of the brown sugar with dark brown sugar, and it was wonderfully aromatic and sweet. Will definitely make again!

I used baby carrots and low-fat margarine without any sacrifice of flavor. I've never been one to enjoy cooked carrots but this recipe changes my mind!

Family loved these, but I thought the sauce was a little runny. Good flavor though. Next time I will use suggestions and bake to thicken the sauce. Great with roasts!

These carrots are wonderful. I sliced carrots on the diagonal about 1/4 inch thick, plunged them in salted boiling water for about 2 minutes, drained, then tossed them in a fry pan that had the butter and sugar already melted together. I cooked another minute or two, seasoned with the salt and pepper and they were good to go with just a slight crunch to them! Fast and fabulous. My dinner guests begged for the recipe!

The recipe might suit a small child, but I don't think it holds much interest for the average adult palate.

I thought they were pretty good. Not a whole lot of flavor, but better then regular carrots. For some reason my 2 year old who loves carrots would not touch them.

Okay. They taste just as you'd expect. Baked candied carrots are much better tasting - & healthier, too.

Way too much sugar, add ginger and cinnamon, 1/4 amount of sugar will do. wouldn't make it again though!!!
