Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
