Ingredients

  • 1/2 (16 ounce) package linguine*
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey

Directions

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package directions. Add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes of the cooking time. Drain the linguine and broccoli well in a colander.
  2. Stir the soup, milk, cheese and black pepper in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey and linguine mixture and cook until it's hot and bubbling. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.

Footnotes

  • *Or substitute spaghetti for the linguine.
  • Serving Suggestion: Serve with a Caesar salad and sauteed broccoli rabe with garlic or broccoli flowerets. For dessert serve your favorite fresh fruit.
