I saw this recipe and decided to give it a whirl because, why not? Pizza and burgers are both delicious, maybe combining them would make something amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't think so. The burgers came out moist, but they were almost meatloaf-like in their texture, and one of mine even started falling apart in the pan. They cooked up easily enough, but when I took a bite the spaghetti sauce tasted a bit off with the burger flavor. It was a bit too saucy for me, and that was almost all I could taste. They were edible, just not really my cup of tea. It was basically Chicken parm with a burger instead. You'd be better off just sticking with chicken. Interesting concept, but it fell flat with my family.
