This was easy and really yummy. My kids loved it. I served it over brown rice with scrambled eggs and soy sauce in it.

This dish was fabulous! I did what one gal said, added carrots, onion, green onion , and 3 TBSPs of Soy Sauce. After I browned the chicken, I drained the juice from pan and added 1/4 C butter to sautee vegetables for a few minutes because one post mentioned the milky look from chicken which happens sometimes and then added rest of ingredients. Loved it and it looked beautiful too!

So amazing! Use soy sauce on the rice and eat up! I never seen my husband eat so fast! I'd recommend a little more chicken than 1lb.

This was okay. It needs flavor, it's bland. It was easy to make though and smelled good. The sauce was good over rice, but it lacks spices and onions, I think.

Marinated pieces of chicken thigh meat in teriyaki sauce before stir frying. Added lots of colorful hot peppers from our garden along with the green peppers. Gave it just the right kick!

Followed the recipe, it isn't the traditional sweet and sour color since no ketchup is added. It had a nice flavor. Spicing it up a little would go well with the flavor. I did add bell peppers to the dish to add extra color. Served over steamed brown rice.
