1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)
1 tablespoon canned diced tomatoes, drained
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Very tasty. However, I recommend marinating overnight and using a little more of the seasonings.
Turned out well, we definitely enjoyed it. Topped with parmesan cheese.
