Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1 celery stalk, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, stir together garlic, goat cheese, celery, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend well until the sauce is smooth. Cover, and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
