This was a great recipe. I love that it can take a relatively small steak and literally stretch it to become a satisfactory, filling, flavorful, and fun meal! This was our first home experience with kabobs, and I know we'll be doing this again.

Superb. My husband and I LOVE this and for A1 junkies like us it's quite a compliment to say we don't use a drop when eating this :)

These were fantastic! Only changes I made was substituting olive oil, did maybe 3T of lemon juice instead of the full 1/3 cup, and a little more garlic. In the future, I may try eliminating the salt in the marinade/baste and just salting after cooking to see if that helps make the meat just a little more tender.

I was looking for a quick marinade and this was great since all the ingredients are items already in a kitchen. Amazing kabobs. We added grape toms and zucchini. Classic kabob flavor.

Wonderful marinade. I marinated the meat and vegetables in different bags. Skewered the meat by itself and let my guests choose their own vegetables and skewer them. That way everyone got what they liked best.

I'm rating just the marinade, and it's a winner! I'll definitely use this again. I do my veggies separately in a basket, so I grilled the meat on its own. Very tender and flavorful.

Another winner! I think they would have been even better if I marinated them overnight. I did at a touch more sugar and a bit more hot sauce than the recipe called for.

A really great recipe! I used turkey breast instead of beef, awsome. I also used smoked paprika and chipotle chili. It was superb. I made it for my parents the next week.

The marinade was really good, although I tripled it so that I could also soak the vegi's in the sauce. I also omitted the mushrooms (we don't care for those) and added broccoli, squash & zucchini. I will surely make this recipe again this summer!

Needs a little more salt. Marinated for about 3 hours, meat was very tender and flavorful.

My husband and I really enjoyed this marinade. We got a late start so we only had the meat marinade for about 1.5 hours before we cooked the kabobs. Great recipe.

Great marinade! Followed the recipe to the letter, except I had to use a can of whole mushrooms because I didn't have fresh. Marinaded in the fridge over night. Wonderful recipe!

Very good. Not 'ultra exciting' but a very good everyday meal! I used this seasoning on beef and chicken and both came out nicely in the broiler (same cooking time for both beef and chicken.)

Very tasty beef kabobs! I let this marinate overnight. I used green & red peppers, sweet onion and cherry tomatoes. It gave a nice presentation served with white rice. It's a definite keeper for grilling over the summer!

I used this marinade last night, and it turned out fantastic. I used red onion, yellow & green bell peppers, and added cherry tomatoes (for my husband). The only change to the marinade was that I omitted the sugar (didn't seem necessary). We will definitely be making this again soon.
