I love all the different flavors of this sandwich. The lemon-mayo was amazing. I plan on making this often.

Very yummy. I made mine on a George Forman Grill and it came out great. I also added mushrooms. Even my meat-loving husband liked this.

The sauce on this was soooo good. I give the sauce 5 stars. I liked the veggies too. I would definately not like this as much if I just saute'd the veggies...grilling was the key. But, next time I will try some chicken breast...just a thinly sliced chicken breast, with the veggies.

Very delicious. I swapped the red pepper for eggplant and grilled everything on my stove top grill. I also used a sprouted barley bread. Together with a bowl of chicken vegetable soup, it was a perfect cold weather meal.

This is a really refreshing meal. The only thing is that the lemon juice and mayo mix tasted a little weird to us. But, we'll put something else on it next time. A great idea.

Thanks for the recipe. The special mayonaise and feta give a great flavor to the vegetables. The sandwich was definitely more than the sum of its parts!

First real meal I've had since deciding to try out a vegetarian lifestyle, and it was a great introduction. Very tasty, highly recommended.

It was good, but seemed to be kind of lacking in taste. i dont like feta, so i used a slice of swiss cheese. it might need some salt next time.

This was amazing! Only thing I did different was splash the veggies with balsamic vinegarette. We put them in foil and steamed them on my griddle.

We really liked this! It was very easy to make and tasted like something you'd get at a restaurant. I used a large focaccia loaf I found at the grocery store. It was great! I will definitely make this again.

Loved it! I oiled the veggies with some coconut oil, toasted the bread on the grill before adding the mayo and cheese and added some fresh rosemary and basil to the mix. YUM!

I'm not vegetarian and neither is anyone in my family, but this was a huge hit. The mayo spread and feta seem to be the key. I made it twice - the first time I used dill rye bread (toasted first then broiled with the cheese etc) and topped it with broiled veggies (zucchini, red onion, and green peppers). The second time I used regular whole wheat bread (prepared the same) topped with sauteed zucchini and yellow onions. The first time was definitely better (the red onions add a lot!) but both were delicious, quick and easy, and guilt-free!

I thought this sandwich was delicious! I don't have a grill, so I took the suggestion of sauteeing the veggies then putting the sandwich in the oven. My husband said it was the best sandwich he's ever had! I used Italian 5-grain baked bread (the closest I could find at the bakery).

I'm on a low cholesterol diet right now, so this was a good choice for my dinner tonight. My wife and I loved it so much, she's asked me to make this on a regular basis whether we're on a diet or not! Simple, simple, simple and SO GOOD! I skipped the red onion because I forgot in my haste to put dinner on the table, but I don't think I missed it.

This was exactly what we needed for a hot summer evening! We used whole wheat pitas for the bread and it worked just great. There wasn't nearly enough of the mayo mix, though.
