Fabulous! I was not able to find blackened seasoning, so I substituted cajun seasoning, decreasing the quantity to 1 tablespoon to compensate for saltiness. I added 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes to give the dish a little kick. As was recommended in previous reviews, I added a small can of sliced olives and a small jar of quartered artichokes in brine, both drained well. This would make a nice, simple dinner for company.

Very tasty, but lacking sauce it's a bit dry. I'm going to add some tomato sauce and try it with penne pasta next time.

This recipe was easy and delicious! My husband raved about it and cleaned his plate! We are going to try it with grilled shrimp the next time. Yum-yum! Thanks!

This was wonderful. I didn't have the Blackened seasoning so I used cajun seasoning and pepper. My husband took one bite and said OMG, I love this. I've already made two times in two weeks. Thank you!!

Not bad. I used a can of diced tomatoes with onion and garlic for a little more flavor and sauce. My husband thought it was still too dry.

I've made this recipe twice now and I love it. My roommate doesn't like anything spicy so I only used a tbs and a half of blackened seasoning and added some italian seasoning. I also used tomato basil feta instead of plain. . . yummy!

I was looking for a pasta dish to serve my book club and decided this one sounded interesting. It was just different enough from other things we'd tried to warrant a shot. While it was simple enough to prepare, in the end I found it a little salty. My guests all loved it though, so I've decided that it was just me (I don't tend to salt my food, so I'm probably a little sensitive). Overall, good enough to try again for my husband, since he missed out. Thanks!

Good hot or cold. My addition is a small can of sliced black olives. Adds taste and a nice color contrast.

This recipe was good. Those who ate it, said that it was a little dry. I'd suggest adding a small can of tomato sauce so it has a little bit more of sauce to it. What the recipes calls for doesn't seem to do the trick. Other than that, everyone loved it!

They should rename this recipe "Crack Pasta". This is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. It's so simple and fast that you wouldn't think it would be that good, but it is. It even reheats great and tastes great cold the next day. If you can get over the idea of a sauceless pasta (it didn't sound quite right to me either) and give this a try you're going to make a lot of people happy in your house. If you're a feta fan, you will wonder where this recipe has been all your life.

Simply perfect. I added artichoke hearts because I like them. I also took a previous poster's advice and used diced tomatoes from a can to save time. Definitely going in the menu rotation.

Very fast recipe! I added half of an onion, two cans of seasoned diced tomatos, and a ton of salt, pepper, cajun seasoning and garlic. My mistake was adding too much garlic...this isn't a garlic dish so go EASY on the garlic and heavy on the cajun seasoning and you'll be happy

This was ok. It needed more sauce. Also, I used the only cajun seasoning my store had, but it wasn't that spicy. Still, if you can add something to make it more saucey and spread the flavor around, it will be good.

Loooove this! I added an onion, a little more garlic, and a lot of feta! I used about 6 roma tomatoes diced plus one can of diced tomatoes undrained. Taste is wonderful and it's very easy to make...different, too!
