This recipe is very salty! I'd highly recommend using the 2t of cajun seasoning but NO salt. I didn't follow the microwave instructions (I just can't get myself to cook anything but popcorn and water in the microwave!) - instead, I cooked it on the stovetop, adding precooked shrimp and precooked bacon right at the end.
