I created this recipe because I have found that many pork recipes have little flavor, are too spicy, or just require too much work. My husband and I prefer sweet food rather than spicy or sour, hence a new pork recipe was born. This is delicious when served with rice and green vegetables as side dishes.

I made this up one day because I was wanting something different then the same old pan-fried pork chops (that is how my husband asked me to cook them that day). So I made this up real fast, and boy did he love them. Now he asks for them every time. I do this with boneless and bone-in pork chops. So it doesn't matter what kind you have on hand, just cook them up and enjoy.

Start your supper with Breaded Dijon Pork Chops shared by Shannon Gerardi from Huber Heights, Ohio. 'This treatment for pork chops is so delicious that even my dad and my husband, who aren't fond of pork, love it,' she writes. The golden breading that coats these tender chops is moist and subtly seasoned with Dijon mustard 'While the recipe calls for pork chops, I sometimes make it with pork tenderloin instead,' Shannon adds.

It's hard to believe that the flavorful sauce for these tender pork chops calls for only a handful of items. 'They're nice enough for company,' says Deborah Anderson of Spooner Wisconsin.
