This is a compromise review, hubby loved this and rated 5 stars. He even suggested that this be our new night time snack instead of buttered popcorn or chips. I would rate this 3 stars; I thought it was tasty but call me boring, I prefer buttered popcorn. This didn't really taste Cajun to me, rather instead like someone spilled a packet of taco seasoning all over a bowl of perfectly good popcorn. A good idea though, and thanks for a snack that I'm sure my hubby will want again.

A little too salty, I'll halve the amount of salt next time. Otherwise, very good flavor, will make again!

This is a good popcorn recipe if you want a little zing on your popcorn. I made it a little differently. I think next time I would use a little less salt. I felt it was a little too salty for my liking. I also popped my popcorn first, then put the popcorn on a baking sheet. I mixed all dry ingredients together in one bowl, like the recipe states. I then melted some Smart Start Margerine instead of oil in the microwave. I sprinkled all of the dry ingredients on the popcorn, then slowly poured the butter over the popcorn. I then stirred the popcorn and baked at 325 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Very tasty! Thanks!

I have to admit; I was very surprised at how great this tasted. If you want a bold and salty snack, this one is it! I didn't change a thing, and this snack satisfied my craving wonderfully! Thanks for this great addition to my popcorn!!

This is so good! I found the best way to coat the popcorn evenly with the seasonings is to pour some popcorn in the bowl, then pour some of the seasoning, and toss to coat. Repeat this until all the popcorn has been coated. Thanks for the recipe Ruby!

Great flavor, but I had a hard time getting an even coat on the popcorn. I ended up with some kernels completely saturated (very hot and very salty!) while others had no flavor at all. Any suggestions?

This is really good! I am looking for something non-cookie related to use as a treat in holiday gift baskets and I think my friends will love this. Thanks for sharing!
