Great for a quick lunch! I cut the recipe in half and used "Cajun Seasoning Mix" from this site to season the chicken breasts. I used a bit more than called for as I like things a little on the spicy side. I had some really nice French rolls for toasting and to make this more of a club sanwich I added some cripy iceberg lettuce. I had some leftover "Pepper-Parmesan Dressing" so I used that- overall very good especially with a dill pickle on the side.

This was a pretty good chicken club sandwich. I would have given this recipe 5 stars, but it just didn't have the cajun flavor I was expecting. I made my sandwiches per the recipe with the exception of not measuring the cajun seasoning - I simply sprinkled it on the chicken as I prepped it (undoubtedly using more than the recipe called for). I also could not find parmesan dressing in my local supermarked, so I substituted some sort of parmesan and roasted onion dressing. The sandwiches tasted great and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I just wish it had a bit more flavor. I may add some other seaonings the next time I make this.

Excellent recipe...followed the recipe as is and the whole family gave high reviews. Even my picky 6 year old told me I could make these every night if I wanted to...using his words, "it's the best sandwich ever!"

I loved this sandwich, soo much, i made it 2 nights in a row, i couldnt find any parmesan salad dressing, so i used italian creamy dressing, and the sandwich came out GREAT!!! first night i used Colby pepperjack cheese, then the next i used swiss..both taste excellent. Be patient cooking the chicken, and the outcome is well worth the wait.

I used pepper-jack cheese instead of swiss and instead of Parmesan dressing I used guacamole. Over all very good in a pinch

A great quick sandwich! We didn't have any "cajun" seasoning so I tossed together everything in the cupboard that seemed like it would work. Cumin, paprika and chili seasoning all added a zing to this easy sandwich. A keeper for those weeknights after work!
