I'll give this 5 stars for super easy recipe. Cook time was perfect and nice combination of spices. However, I obviously am not a fan of catfish. Yuck! May try this again with a different type of fish.

I've never made catfish before, I'm not even sure I've ordered it at a restaurant before.... but I was so happy with this dish I'm definitely saving it and making it again soon. Bought the fish from the local farmers market, and wasn't sure how to cook it but knew my boyfriend enjoyed it, so I figured I'd try. I'm putting this one in the back pocket and whipping this one out for friends and family that may come visit.

I am not a big fan of seafood--I will try a few things here and there, but it's just not my favorite. However, my dad went on a fishing trip and had more catfish than he knew what to do with, so of course I ended up with some in my freezer. I decided to try this, and it was the best tasting catfish I'd had in my whole life!! I actually ate the whole piece instead of picking at it like I usually do with fish. The flavor was outstanding! It was terribly easy too! I really recommend this especially for those who are shy of fish :)

...too much salt...think hubby would have enjoyed over all but said"no need to cook this again"..might try and sneak by again using garlic powder instead.

Followed the recipe except baked until 15 minutes, turned out delicious nonetheless, was my first time cooking catfish and I am pleased and will do again:)
