This was very good! I made this for my daughter three times over the weekend. We used chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.

This was extremely delicious! Creamy, rich, and smooth. Vanilla creamer is a bit expensive, so I decided to scale the recipe down to make one serving, and it still turned out very well. I love making iced coffee drinks, and this one nearly tops the list of personal favourites. A real keeper.
