FIVE stars alll the way! Delicious JUST as written!! (Actually, I'm just rating the salad part b/c I had store-bought garlic croutons that I have to use up). I will ALWAYS make caesar salad like this from now on!

Fine dining quality dressing! I made as written except used anchovy paste instead of whole anchovies. The dressing was very thick, so I thinned it out slightly with some milk and olive oil.

This recipe was awesome! I only made half the recipe, and I used anchovy paste instead of anchovies, but it turned out great. I just needed a quick salad dressing recipe; I didn't have time for homemade croutons. Next time I'll make sure to leave time to do the croutons too, and I'm sure it will be even better!

Thanks for this recipe. I live in the Netherlands where caesar salad is hard to come by. I used store bought croutons and then served it with "Jenny's grilled chicken breast" (also on allrecipes.com) to make it a "meal". Super simple recipe that could easily be done in single servings. Will definitely make again. P.S. Wish I knew of this recipe (no raw eggs) when I was craving caesar salad during my pregnancy.

Tastes better than some Caesar salads I have had at restaurants. I just bought croutons but the dressing recipe is great.

I also follow the recipe to a T, using real anchovies and making the croutons. The home made croutons are also a must. This is the best! In fact, I am making it for dinner today.

Followed recipe exactly. The best caesar salad EVER!! I did not use a blender so the minced bits in the dressing gave alot of mouth interest when taking bites.YUMMY!

I will never use another Caesar Salad recipe ever. This was SOO good. I;ve been using this for months! My family loves it. I didn't use the anchovies, and i just used store bought croutons, still delicious. Thanks for sharing.

The dressing was wonderful!! I followed the recipe exactly as written. My only change was to put all the ingredients in a mini food processor to blend. The dressing turned out perfectly smooth. I'm not a huge anchovy fan, but the dressing flavor was delicate and improved the overall recipe. It does have a lot of garlic, which we love, but know you will have garlic breath after using this!

this is restaurant quality- dressing and croutons are what make it. I skip the anchovies(we don't like) and reduce garlic in dressing for the kids. I put in pan fried chicken strips to make it a main dish.

My husband and I had dinner recently and Ive been craving for the caesar salad that we ordered. I immediately search for a recipe and found this "caesar salad supreme". I followed all ingredients and procedures 100% and the result....PERFECT!!! for me and my husband. I did not even finish my rib eye steak for I indulged so much on the caesar salad. Thank you so much Karen for sharing this recipe to everyone.:)

I made this for my mom on her birthday and she loved it! I would watch the garlic as it may be overwhelming the next day, or maybe my cloves were giant. Great recipe though, thank you!
