Ok... I had my doubts. I was ready to eat a surrogate of one of my favorite salads probably liking it but not loving it... And then I had the first bite. Wow! People, YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS RECIPE.
It is just as good as the real deal! It tastes just like restaurant served Cesar salad!
My mom has been looking for a Cesar salad recipe that she can reproduce easily anywhere in the world (she lives in Germany) and trust me this is it.
I'm not a big fan of anchovies, but reading the reviews I decided I had to put the exact ingredients that the recipe stated so I made the dressing with 5 filets, I didn't have time to make the bread the day before and decided to use what I had on hand even if it was somehow fresh and it turned just fine.
The only thing I would omit next time is the salt. No need since the anchovies and the grated Parmesan are pretty salty already... But for the rest I will make this recipe over and over again just as is!
