I couldn't get behind mustard, left that out. Aside from that, everyone loved it.

I am giving the dressing only 5 stars, as I created my own Caesar salad. I made this tonight with grilled chicken and WOW! was it good! The only thing different I did was use anchovy paste instead of fillets and added some 1% milk after blending in my Kitchenaid, as the dressing was a little thick. I will be making this again, as I detest bottled salad dressing!

I was complimented on this at our dinner. I used the food processor to whip it up fast. I will say, BE SURE to let it sit for a while because its flavor improved much with sitting.

This is excellent and I got a ton of compliments when I served it to company. Personal preference... I will never add anchovies again. Yuck. But the dressing is so yummy otherwise and I plan on having a constant supply in my fridge so I can to add it to wraps, salads, sandwiches, etc. So much tastier than store bought. And the homemade croutons RULE. I did toss my croutons on a 11x15 pan and toasted in a 300 degree oven for about 15 minutes after removing them from my skillet.

easy to make (I only made the dressing). However I will cut back on the garlic next time as I found it pretty strong.

Yum Yum Yum I have never been able to achieve a restaurant quality Caesar salad until now. It's gonna be a regular staple in my menu rotation.

Great recipe! This was my first attempt at making caesar salad dressing from scratch and this recipe did not disappoint. I read several dozen reviews before preparing it. I used store bought croutons and halved both the garlic cloves and anchovies (yes I did use them, my husband said they HAD to go in this dressing if I wanted it to be authentic!). I also processed the dressing in my blender. I chilled it for 6 hours before tossing the romaine with it. We took this salad to a family dinner and received many compliments. Thanks for a very good recipe.

Perfect flavor. I like a more fishy than garlicy dressing and this is it. I used the anchovy fillets instead of the paste. I also put it in the blender on the food processor and it got the garlic and anchovy pieces even finer. I used regular mayonnaise since it was NYE (live a little!), but plan on making a lighter version with some low fat mayo.

I've tried many Caesar salad dressings, and this is by far my favourite - and so easy!
