Great hash recipe. The addition of broccoli ... I was skeptical that my husband would be "ok" with this. But he raved about it and I agree it just added that certain something to the dish. I did do a little adjustment I had some white wine I wasn't a fan of and I used it to deglaze the pan a bit. If you have some I suggest you do the same. Let it be said I am not very good at this type of skillet cooking...I over cooked the potatoes before starting this recipe but that didn't keep this recipe down. Yumm Leftover-tastic. This is going in my tried and true recipe book.

Very good on its own, even better with a diced red pepper and some bread/cracker crumbs on top.

It turned out very good and there were no leftovers but it probably could have turned out better except that I am a failure at cooking potatoes so it ended up being more of a Cabin Mash.

I made this recipe for me and my husband last night. I added a can of cream of chicken soup and mozzarella cheese. It was very tasty. I added about 1 TBS of milk to the soup to dilute it a little to make it easy to combine with the other ingredients.

I just made this and it was prety good. I didn't get the potatoes as brown as I would have liked. I aslo added shredded cheddar cheese which was a good addition. I think next time I will try baking this to get it a little bit crispier. Very good recipe

I made only two servings and it made a good meal for us two plus enough for our 2 year old daughter. She loves it. It is very easy and delicious in it's simplicity. I also added one medium parsnip because I needed to use it up and boiled it in with potatoes first. I think though, next time I will use more onion, this time I used some spanish onion as well. I have to add, my daughter says for the first time ever, "YAY SUPPER!" and asked for more.
