Wonderful! Just like Grandma's, without all the work! I've made this many times since finding this recipe. Thanks for the great recipe!

My husband loves cabbage rolls but they are a LOT of work. This recipe is very tasty and so much easier! I added 1 tsp of cinnamon, and I cooked it in my large crock pot on high for 5-6 hours. Served with mashed potatoes. Very good.

Wow! I made it the same way another person made it. I steamed it on the stove. I didnt have tomato sauce so I used spaghetti sauce with chicken instead of ground beef. I added a little sugar to break up the acid in the tomatos. And jasmine rice. It tastes like a keeper.

This is an excellent recipe. It's actually one that's been in my family for 30 years...real comfort food for me. I only gave this one 4 stars because I think as is, it's a little lacking. I add garlic, pepper, some italian seasoning and I only use 1 lb of beef for a cassarole this size. I am taking the time to review mainly because I followed another busy mom's suggestion and fried the beef, added the rice and seasonings then after 20 min or so added the cabbage and cooked it all together on the stove for 30 min on med. I'd always layered the cabbage and meat mixture and baked it but saving a step made it even easier, quicker AND was just as good!

I have made this recipe twice now and my husband loved it. I followed the recipe exactly except I put 2 cans of tomato sauce instead of 1. Thanks for the recipe.

I cut the recipe in half, and we liked it alot. I had to cook it for about 45 minutes, the cabbage was still very chrunchy after 30 minutes. I added 1 TBS garlic powder, and I used crushed tomatoes instead of tomatoe sauce. Will make again!

This was pretty good. I did not bake in the oven but left on the stove top and add a little more liquid and made as a soup.

I made this twice for my family. First time my guys ate it all. I never got to taste it. Today they requesated it. So I put it in the oven and went to work. This time they saved me a little...AWESOME. My husband's only complaint was that I didn't make enough. It's so cheap and easy to make. Easy solution to my favorite "Cabbage Rolls". Thank you.
