Yummy. I made it a little healthier by using half ground round & half ground turkey, and brown rice instead of white. I added pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce (while the meat cooked) and a dash of hot sauce. Next time I make it - and there will be a next time - I'll add some seasonings like basil, bay leaf, etc. I was surprised, but I needed to add more liquid when I stirred it. I served it with mashed potatoes, which I think were the perfect side. My husband and I really liked this dish.
