If you like cabbage rolls, you love this recipe. I only made a few minor changes and made half the recipe as I'm the only one eating it. I used about 1.5 pounds of ground beef, 1 small onion and 4 cloves of garlic. Once cooked, I added 1 can of tomato soup instead of tomato sauce. I kept all the seasonings as measured in original recipe, expect I used 1 tsp dried dill weed and 1/2 tsp cayenne. I omitted the bacon, as it didn't seem right to me for some reason. I also used a can of spaghetti sauce when making the layers instead of plain tomato sauce. Came out great! I got 4 meals out of it.
