Swiss Steak Stew

Serving-sized pieces of boneless round steak are dredged with flour and browned, then layered in a slow cooker with potatoes, onions, canned tomatoes, and seasonings. Corn is added for the last 25 minutes of cooking.

This is one of my favorite meals since I don't have to stand over the stove or dirty a lot of pots and pans to prepare it. With six in the family, we have enough dishes to wash after each meal!
