This recipe was sooo good I couldn't wait for my husband to come home for dinner so I ate alone. Mind you i didn't follow the correct measurements - I just did it on my own and made some adjustments.I left out the cumin, added celery, green peppers and used crushed tomatoes instead (that's all I had on hand). I seasoned my ground beef with jerky seasoning, salt, black pepper, powdered garlic, Braggs* amino acids (like worchestershire sauce but, all natural no salt added) and chilli powder and garlic powder then let marinate for about 2-3 hours.
I ate it with Kofta and naan, delicious.
The only problem I had as delicious as it was, it didn't sit right on my tummy maybe 2 bowls was too many. I'm freezing the rest so I can eat it for dinner on those days I don't want to cook. This recipe is a def keeper!
