It was okay, a little bland. If you have leftovers and you re-heat the next day, the crackers on the inside are mushy.

This recipe is the best corn recipe I've seen on here so far. I don't like all those other ones that use cornbread mix. The corn just didn't go with it. But, this one is wonderful. My favorite part about it is the buttery crackers. Mmm mmm mmm. That made it so good! I will make this again.

I was disappointed to bring this dish to the potluck. I made it this morning, and it is bland. I keep thinking, what could I add to make it more flavorful.

I have made this casserole many times now. The other night I made it again and I forgot to get the evaporated milk. I threw in about 1/2 cup of sour cream and it came out just as good. Everyone that has tried this loves it! I mean it's corn, Ritz and cheese. You can't beat that!!!

This was so yummy!! However, I put all of the crackers & butter IN the dish and on top I had mixed melted butter with breadcrumbs and sprinkled that over the top! It was great! I will make this again!

I made this dish tonight for a church potluck. Everyone loved it, and I had several people ask me to give them the recipe. I used an extra couple of tablespoons of butter, and added some black pepper. It was really delicious, and so simple to prepare. I will definitely add this to my list of favorite recipes!

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was really good. I don't care much for the casseroles that have cornbread mix in them, so I wanted to try this, and I was not disappointed. Very easy and tasty!

my mother in law made a good one that had stuffing in it, this one was good but the crackers were a weird texture. Good none the less.

This is a good recipe! I don't like creamed corn--so never have any on hand, so its handy that this recipe relies on regular canned corn instead. The cheddar gives it a good taste. Simple to make.
