This was delicious. I made it today for a Mother's Day Brunch. The only thing I did slightly different was reduce the amount of brown sugar, like other reviewers suggested. I doubled the recipe and added 3/4 cup brown sugar. It was still amazing. I love how thick and creamy it was! Next time I think I will reduce the butter a bit, and maybe even bring the brown sugar down a little more, maybe 1/2 cup, to make it the least bit healthier. And hey, if it's not sweet enough I can always add some after it all. All together, great recipe!
