butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
sweet potato, peeled and cut into chunks
carrot, peeled and chopped
sweet onion, chopped
garlic, minced, or more to taste
chicken stock, or as needed
sweet bell peppers, chopped
salt and ground black pepper to taste
The reason I gave this recipe only one star was because it gave no measurements for most of the ingredients. Butternut squashes and sweet potatoes come in all sizes. It would be a great improvement if the recipe stated something like...2 cups of butternut squash cut into cubes...and same for the sweet potato. Carrots and celery are pretty standard. Otherwise I would give this recipe 5 stars.
