Delicious! Brought this for Thanksgiving pot luck and by the end of the meal, every one was asking me for the recipe!

I have made this for a few different family gatherings and even the picky eaters went for seconds. I wouldn't change anything about it and will keep making it again and again.

The family loves this at Thanksgiving. Saltines on top add surprising flavor. I think it's just ok, but everyone loves it. Great for vegetarians.

I loved this dish! It's my new favorite comfort food. I baked my squash whole at 375 for about an hour. So much easier than peeling/cubing. I also sauteed the onions in butter before adding them in. So delicious!

Followed the recipe exactly but it just didn't work for our family.

Delicious! I sauteed the onions before I added them. It was so good... i cooked it a lil longer and the crackers got all browned and yummy!

This was pretty good. I like to give the original recipe a shot before i tweak it but I did sautee the onions before adding and i used half butternut squash and half acorn squash because that is what i had in my fridge left over from another recipe a couple days before. It was very tasty and my husband enjoyed it. Only thing i'd do different next time is while mashing up the squash i'd at a little salt and pepper. I had to add it to mine table side but overall very good side dish.

Really enjoyed this squash casserole as it was a savory dish rather than a sweet dish. Thought the flavors of squash, cheese, onion and crackers blended well together. I only made a half recipe and it turned out great. I let is rest for about 10 minutes before serving to let the egg set up. My squash-hating husband asked if it was pumpkin and I told him yes. He liked the dish also and asked that I make it again. I will never tell him it was squash!

I really enjoyed this as a side dish. To bad it takes a long time to make.

Delish! I changed this up a tiny bit & roasted the squash so as to prepare it like a "twice baked" dish. My picky vegetable eaters gobbled it up! Wonderful :)
