Very easy! Very good - but bland! We added nutmeg, cinnamon, a little hot sauce (Tapatio) which we love but not everyone does, and more salt and pepper! (For the blood pressure peeps out there, we used salt substitute!) The fam decided that it needed more substance - suggestion was small bits of cauliflower. Other suggestions are of course bits of broccoli, onion, saw the suggestion for chunks of squash (family put the kabash on that!). But worth the effort! Family members left today and then texted that they wish they would have taken some left over sopa with them! We do, too! T-Day leftovers are crowding the frig!
