Buttermilk and Chive Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and chives; store in refrigerator until ready to use.
