Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 drop lemon extract

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers.
