My husband is the pancake maker in our house, and he's tried a lot of different recipes, trying to find the perfect pancake. All were just okay, then he found this recipe. Seriously, the best pancakes I've ever eaten in my life, and all of our children agreed. So. Good. He didn't change a think. Make sure you look at the amount serving though. I didn't do that and doubled it. I had enough pancakes for a week.

I love this recipe! I made one adjusment for healthier pancakes, that was to replace oil and sugar with applesauce. It works perfectly. Delicious!

I am not really a fan of pancakes(maybe once a year). This was an awesome recipe. I was able to replace half the flour with flax seed meal, wheat germ, and a small amount of chia seeds. The buttermilk syrup recipe on allrecipes is dynamite with these!!

They turned out fantastic! The only thing I added was a touch of vanilla extract and they were the BEST pancakes that I have ever made. No more box mix for me either! It was very simple to make and I already had all of the ingredients so thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

By far the best recipe for buttermilk pancakes ever! This is my ONLY go to recipe for pancakes. They always turn out light and fluffy! I usually make a double batch so my family can have them for several days for breakfast. Now that is a lot of pancakes! You won't be disappointed - but then again, you'll never go out for pancakes again - when you can make the BEST ONES AT HOME! YUM! Thank you BURYGOLD!

I just wanted pancakes! I had no idea that these would end up being the best pancakes my family and I have ever had!! We followed the recipe, added a dash of cinnamon and a dash of vanilla. They were soooo amazing! It was hard to not eat them while cooking them!

Such a lovely fluffy, light and tasty pancake recipe. Made with 3.5 cups buttermilk and omit the half cup milk. I believe the trick is not to over-mix the batter. Loved it... thank you!

Had four adult guys and myself for breakfast. All of them loved these Pancakes!The only thing I did wrong was I forgot the melted butter for the pancake mix. The butter cooled down and became spreadable on the pancakes. Will use this recipe again. Thank you for posting your recipe, it was well received by my hungry bunch!
