Although these were very easy to make and are good to eat, I would not call them gooey. I got 19 rolls out of this recipe, so I may have rolled the dough a little larger, but I still think the next time I make them I will double the filling. I will keep the dough recipe just for use as a basic yeast dough for goodies like this, as it is very easy and tastes good. It also rises VERY fast. I sat the rolls next to my stove while it preheated, to rise for 30 minutes, just like the recipe said, and they more than doubled.
I only give it three stars because there needed to be an icing and the filling was not enough, too dry. Fix that, and they'll be great!
