SUBMITTED BY: Aloma Robinson      PHOTO BY: GodivaGirl

"'Cinnamon swirled through the batter gives this bread its pretty pattern', informs Aloma Robinson from Clarkston, Michigan. 'It looks so fancy yet is very simple. It freezes well, too.'"

I followed the recipe exactly yet my loaves were hollow in the middle and ended up collapsing. I've made many quick breads in the last few years with lots of success so what did I do wrong? The flavor is delicious, but the bread isn't exactly bread.

I halved this recipe and my batter was thick. I also only got 3 mini loaves. They baked up nice and were very good.

I looooooove this bread!! My family is always requesting it and it's our favorite cinnamon bread. Very rich and cinnamony...... great with a glass of milk.
