Very good recipe. My husband stated it was something tasty enough to add to the recipe box. I cut the amount of butter in half and added more lemon juice. Very tasty!

This was my first time making roast chicken and it turned out great. I bought chicken leg quarters and served this at a dinner party. I added lemon zest to give it a more lemony flavor which was nice. Everyone thought it was delicious. I think I might use less butter next time but overall this was a hit.

Very good, I used all split chicken breasts because we don't care for dark meat. Lots of that butter ends up sitting on the bottom of the pan, I think you could use maybe almost half as much with the same results. I basted a few times with the juices, but there was just a little something missing. Can't quite put my finger on it.

Chicken was easy and tasted great. I had all the ingredients on hand and it didn't taste so salty like some I've used in the past. Will make again and thanks for recipe!

This was so easy and I already had all the ingredients - no extra trip to the market. The flavor was wonderful. We all really enjoyed it. I will definately make this again!
