I've made this twice now and thought it was pretty good. I am only giving it 4 stars because I had to make many modifications for it to be delicious. I followed other reviewers' suggestions and added the beans to the tortillas. I used both refried black beans and refried pinto beans to mix it up. I also substituted white corn tortillas for the flour tortillas. This was a personal preference, and I don't think it makes or breaks this dish, but it was a nice variation. I also did not find it to be spicy as it says in the blurb, but that's fine with me, because I am not a fan of super spicy food. This dish is a good one. I love that it makes enough to freeze for later. There is plenty of room for variation, and I think it's yummy enough to serve to company. I will definitely keep this in my collection.
