I'd shorten the cooking time. The veggies were very soft - almost mush. But it had good flavor and was very easy.

Very good flavor and cooks while I was cooking my meat. Definitely a keeper. I can see the potential to use other vegetables as well.

I made this in my oven while I cooked my meatloaf and it worked great. I noticed the picture included red potatoes...you definitely have a lot of flexibility with this recipe. I used dried mushrooms and they reconstituted with the juice from the other vegetables. Don't be shy with the seasonings. Zucchini is very juicy and the "water" will dilute much of what you use to season this. Easy to make and even easier to clean up. I recommend this recipe!

We used sweet potato, onion, mushrooms, and snow peas. Excellent flavor. You really can use anything you like. It's the seasoning that makes it. Super easy on the campfire.

Great flavor, I think that it would be great with most combinations of veggies. I used baby bella mushrooms, green peppers, onion, and grape tomatoes.

This is so easy! No need to add oil or butter the vegetables steam themselves. If you want a little flavor with not a lot of fat, add some reduced fat parmesean cheese before serving.

I liked this the second time. I prefer my veggies a little firmer so I shortened the cooking time. I also added asparagus and sweet onions to the mix.

This is very good. The seasonings are perfect together. You could use any vegtables you wanted which is great. Also if you don't want to grill them, I have cooked them in the oven at 350 for about 30-40 minutes (depending on how big the chunks are) It is still great this way. Thanks for sharing
