INGREDIENTS
8 ounces whole fresh mushrooms
8 ounces cherry tomatoes
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt or salt-free seasoning blend
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash pepper

DIRECTIONS
Place mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Combine the remaining ingredients; drizzle over vegetables. Fold the foil around vegetables and seal tightly.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until tender.

This is very good. The seasonings are perfect together. You could use any vegtables you wanted which is great. Also if you don't want to grill them, I have cooked them in the oven at 350 for about 30-40 minutes (depending on how big the chunks are) It is still great this way. Thanks for sharing

Wow, this was surprisingly easy and very flavorful! I would cut down on the butter/oil next time, as you really don't need to extra calories since the seasonings are so great. We'll be making this often!

We changed our veggies to ones we liked; tomatoes, snow peas and peppers and foiled it on the bbq instead. delicious!

Pretty good. A good idea. I think my husband may have cooed it too long. Next time I will try these with grated fresh pnion and crushed garlic to make the tast fresher. Thanks for the great idea!

This is so easy! No need to add oil or butter the vegetables steam themselves. If you want a little flavor with not a lot of fat, add some reduced fat parmesean cheese before serving.

I liked this the second time. I prefer my veggies a little firmer so I shortened the cooking time. I also added asparagus and sweet onions to the mix.

We made this while camping. My husband loved it. It is easy and a healthy addition to a camping trip. Any vegetable combination will do if you don't like the ones listed. We didn't do the tomatoes.
