this was a good recipe but needs more flavor. followed exactly. would use more seasoning next time but overall pretty good

LOVED this. I made a one big change, though. I actually put this in the oven and broiled it. I made this in October, so I wasn't ready to grill yet! I also used squash. You can put feta cheese or mozzarella balls in. If you are going to broil it, wrap it in tin foil. It makes all of the difference.

Love grilling vegetable packets. I substituted russet potato skin on chunks for the tomatoes as my husband doesn't care for cooked tomatoes, I forgot the zucchini, but added big chunks of onion and green and yellow pepper. I also used minced garlic, and some original blend Mrs. Dash. YUM!!

We made this for dinner tonight and it was great! We used mushrooms, onions, asparagus, bell peppers, and red potatoes. It was so easy to make and we had everything on hand. Thanks for the great recipe!
