We made this for dinner tonight and it was great! We used mushrooms, onions, asparagus, bell peppers, and red potatoes. It was so easy to make and we had everything on hand. Thanks for the great recipe!

Great for BBQs, this was a hit at my house! I threw in some sliced onions instead of the onion powder and it was good too.
