To make this scrumptious pie, rhubarb, blackberries and raspberries are combined with sugar and flour and refrigerated overnight. This sweet mixture is then spooned into a made-from-scratch crust, topped with another round of pastry and popped into the oven to bake to perfection.

Delicious combo...the reason it's an accident is because I didn't realize I had put in the raspberries until it was too late! Still, that pie didn't last very long!

Fresh berries are combined with flour, sugar and cinnamon, piled into a prepared crust, and dotted with butter. Then on goes the top crust, and the pie is slipped into a hot oven until the filling bubbles and the crust turns a golden brown.

Orange zest and tapioca are stirred into the strawberry-rhubarb filling, making this sweet pie especially luscious and citrusy. Choose either a top crust or a crumb topping. 

Raspberry Chiffon Pie I

Unflavored gelatin is stirred into a heated mixture of egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and lovely crushed raspberries, and then whipped topping and freshly whipped cream are gently folded into that. This ethereal filling is piled into a crust and the pie is chilled before serving. 

Sour Cream Raspberry Pie

Raspberries are slathered with a tangy sour cream concoction and sprinkled with a sweet crumble topping. This pie bakes up bubbly and delicious, ready for a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. 

Berry Custard Pie

A sweet biscuit crust flavored with lemon zest is pressed into a 9-inch pie pan. Raspberries and blackberries are then spooned in and topped with a lovely sour cream custard flavored with sugar and spices. This lovely pie is baked and ready in less than an hour.

This recipe is pretty straightforward: blackberries, flour, sugar and lemon juice are combined and piled into a pastry shell. On go a few pats of butter and the top crust, and 45 minutes later, you 're in pie heaven.
