I used homemade vegetable broth & added chickpeas at the end. Tastes great cold, so it makes a good lunch.

Nice and nutty, but kinda bland, and I used a powder based broth so that could be why. I will make again, but I may add mushrooms and white onions too.

I messed this up a bit and forgot to use chicken broth instead of water to hydrate the bulgar wheat, the dish was still pretty yummy! I'll make it again with chicken broth :)
