I made this tonight on a whim. When I say there are only crumbs left in the pan, I am not exaggerating! This pizza was very yummy, and the hubs gives it two thumbs up! I did subsitute bleu cheese dressing with buttermilk ranch, and used 4 oz of cheddar and 4 oz of mozzarella cheeses. I also precooked and shredded my chicken instead of cubing it. I figure you'd get more of the 'buffalo wing' taste in each bite with shredded chicken. Overall, very satisfied with this recipe!
