WOW, great flavor! If you're not serious about great food then don't bother with this recipe. I'm am becoming a fan of spicy food fast. Great recipe for guests, it's so easy to make but totally tastes as though you slaved to prepare it. Impress you family and friends with this satisfying meal, your stock as a great cook will really go up.

I thought this was really tasty but my husband didn't care for it. To be fair, he's not a big hot sauce fan anyways, so I wasn't expecting much from him. I would definately make this again for myself though, so thanks!

This pizza was a hit with my kids. They are very picky eater and tasted better than the restaurant that they usually get it at. I marinated the chicken in a buffalo wing sauce bought at the store and added the melted butter. I just coated the pizza crust with the Blue cheese dressing. I also made the crust thin. enjoy

This was the BEST pizza we have ever made at home, and the same as if not better than the one at our local pizza shop. We used a Mama Marys pre-made crust. I used Ranch because that is what I had, and just painted a thin coating on the pizza to where it looked good. I used only 2 breasts on a large pizza and that was enough IMO. I cooked it in a skillet, let it cool a bit and shredded it by hand. I mixed that in with the butter and hot sauce and spread it on the pizza. My crust called for a 7-10 minute cook time , at about 6 minutes I turned off the oven and turned on the broiler and watched it carefully. We had it on their regular crust ,and again for dinner on a thin style crust, it was that good. As far as cheese goes I don't think I used a full 8 oz. It didn't need it and I was afraid of the pizza getting weighed down. Oil the bottom of your crust. The crust we used held everything perfectly and was crisp. Highly recommend.

Overall, a pretty good quick and easy recipe. I think it is important to choose a dressing and hot sauce you love, because that is where most of the flavor comes from. I left out the butter because a few of the reviews mentioned greasiness. I felt like it needed some crunch, next time I will coat my baking pan with olive oil to crisp the bottom crust.

Loved this recipe! It was better than the gourmet buffalo chicken pizzas we have purchased at a pizza shop. Used just enough blue cheese dressing to coat the surface of the crust with a very thin layer, probably 2 or 3 ounces of dressing.

This was great. When I first mentioned chicken pizza to my husband his instant response was "I don't like chicken pizza" then I told him the ingredients and he agreed to try it. He likes to cook as well and ended up making this almost all himself. We cooked the chicken on the grill and only used two breasts because ours were pretty large. Once they cooled a little we sliced they into about 1/4" strips and then mixed them with the hot sauce which we actually used a wing sauce from our favorite wing restuarant, Quaker Steak and Lube. The crust we bought was one that came in a tube in your refrigerator section. This made bake time a little longer, but I think it was better than prebaked crust...and we like it a bit thinner. We also added some blue cheese crumbles before the blue cheese dressing because we like blue cheese. We can't wait to make this again.

Best pizza I've ever had! This was absolutely amazing! I can't give it enough stars!! :D I don't normally like pizza that much (not a marinara sauce fan), but I LOOOOOOVE "buffalo stuff", so I wanted to give this a go. My husband was amazed! I made the crust from scratch (Quick and Easy Pizza Crust on this site) and the bleu cheese dressing as well (Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, also on this site). I poached my chicken breasts (just used 2), shredded them, and mixed them with wing sauce, butter and garlic salt. Layered the homemade crust with bleu cheese dressing, then piled on the chicken, then topped with mozzarella, some sharp cheddar, and a little bit of a 5 Italian cheese blend. I put the whole thing on my Pizzazz Pizza Oven and baked it for about 18 minutes. It was SOOOO YUMMY! The only thing I would do differently next time (and there will be a next time!) is to use a little less cheese on top - it honestly didn't need very much! Thanks for the recipe!! :D

It was ok. I think that the bleu-cheese dressing, even reduced was a little overwhelming.

Oh so fantastic! This is my favorite pizza recipe. I do not use the whole bottle of dressing, it's just way too much. I use enough for a very, very thin layer to cover the entire pizza and that's it. Not even a half bottle.

Excellent pizza! Even husband thought it was great. I only used 2 chicken breast halves, which was perfect. As suggested by others, I didn't use a whole bottle of blue cheese dressing - used about 1/3. For the sauce, I used 1 tbsp butter and 4 tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce which coated the chicken perfectly. I will definitely make this again and again.

This recipe is a definite keeper!! I followed the recipe and did not pre-bake the crust. It came out perfect. The crust was nice and brown and crispy. Not soggy at all. I won't change a thing. Thank you so much!!!

LOVED it! Next time - will only use 1 1/2 - 2 breast, 3 was A LOT! I think you could use 1 1/2 and cube small & would be perfect! I boiled & shredded my chicken this time, used a Pilsbury crust that I formed into a circle on my pizza stone. I also used 1 1/2 times the hot sauce & butter mix b/c some had said there wasn't enough but we decided it would probably be plenty hot for us, only used about 1/2 a bottle of dressing, think 1 bottle would be too much & make the crust soggy. Tricked my husband who doesn't like Blue Cheese - he thought it was Ranch! I just never said anything as he was calling it Ranch. Also, didn't use a whole bag of cheese, just what I thought looked like enough & that was about 1/2 or just over? This one's a keeper for sure though!! Made a 2nd time - 1 1/2 chicken breasts & Boboli thin crust were perfect!

My boyfriend stated this was "the best homemade pizza" he had ever eaten. I changed a few things about the recipe though - I used a 12 inch crust and shredded meat from one breast and thigh of a plain rotisserie chicken. I then mixed the chicken with the hot sauce, melted butter, and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and put it in the fridge for a few hours. I did use the blue cheese dressing and added a few thinly sliced red onions to the top and used a mozzarella and provolone cheese mix. Overall, a great pizza.

When your husband responds with "I don't think I've ever had a better pizza anywhere else" you know you have a winner! All I can say is YUM, yum, and yum... Let me start by saying, I am not a fan of blue cheese, yuck really, but it totally works on this pizza - give it a shot.. I took another's advise and let the chicken marinate for about an hour in the sauce, also sliced a red onion very thinly and added that. This was so good both my husband and I wanted to eat more even though we were so full. I would give this more then five stars if possible...

DELICIOUS! I followed some of the other reviews and shredded my chicken. I also used ranch dressing since we don't like blue cheese. We had some friends over for dinner and they said this is the best pizza they've ever had. From now on we're making our own!!! I'm definitely making this again.
