Delicious. I used left over "Buffalo Chicken Rolls", substituted blue cheese for blue cheese dressing and used a Pillsbury crust. I used Tabsaco for the hot sauce. Next time, I will go to the trouble to make my own crust. There will be a next time.

This was good, but I think 3 chicken breasts and 1 bottle of dressing is too much. I only used about 2/3 cup dressing and 1 chicken breast.

I thought this came out pretty good but I bet it would be even better with some crumbled bleu cheese sprinkled on with the chicken.

Wow, this was an awesome pizza. I made the pizza crust using a recipe on here. I didn't have any ranch, so I took 1/2 cup of mayo and 1/2 cup of sour cream and added about 2/3 of a ranch packet to it. I spread this thinly on the crust with a liquid brush. To make the chicken, I thawed it and put some season all, salt and pepper, and a little bit of garlic on there and pan sauteed it with olive oil. I cut it up into small pieces so it would cook faster. Then, I mixed it with the sauce and put it on top of the ranch sauce. Finally, I placed a mixture of cheddar and mozz cheese on top and baked for about 15 minutes at 350. Delicious!

JUST ADD BACON!!! TRUST ME YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!! I used half of the recipe to make 1/2 of my 16 in pizza. ***WARNING*** If you have small kids (mine are 4 years old and 11 month old) use only 1 or 2 Tablespoons of hot sauce for a whole pizza and definitely less than 1 Tablespoon for 1/2 a pizza. Next time I make this, I'll have to follow my own advice. :) Also, I used a little left over cheddar cheese on top of the mozzarella cheese. Finally, I used homemade blue cheese as the recipe suggested but next time I'll try with homemade ranch. The blue cheese was really good though.

I am giving this recipe 3 stars if you follow it exactly. It was a good idea, but the ingredient proportions were all wrong. Try some of these tips for a better pizza: For those of you who found that the bleu cheese dressing made it too sloppy, runny, or the crust too soggy, try getting some actual bleu cheese and crumbling it on the pizza. It will melt down but not add too much moisture if you drain it before crumbling it on the pizza. The hot sauce serves as the pizza sauce (albeit a hot one) so you don't need to over-do the "sauce" aspect with bleu cheese dressing. If you can't tolerate heat too well, use 1 oz of hot sauce, or just add another Tbs or two of butter to the original amount in the recipe. I made this with a homemade crust, and it was not soggy at all and the crust was cooked all the way through. I did precook the crust, mind you. Sorry if this review seemed as if I was putting down your recipe, BBNELSON, but I am glad you posted it so we can all get an idea of how to make this pizza, even if it needs a bit of tweaking. ;) Thanks! :)

I'm a gal from Buffalo,(and real chicken wing lovers!) and my whole family enjoyed this easy, yummy recipe. I used less dressing than stated, as I was worried about it making the crust soggy. I cooked it directly on the oven rack which kept the crust crispy like we like it. This was delicious-don't hesitate!

I liked this recipe...but I used 1 cup of Fat Free Ranch dressing mixed with hot sauce. I also used low fat cheese and a wheat crust. It's a little bit better for you and taste just as good.

WOW! What a delicious an easy recipe! It is definitely a good idea to buy rotisserie chicken to make the process even easier, and I used Frank's Hot sauce. I will make this over and over again.

This pizza is amazing. I did make a few substitutions. 1) I made a Pillsbury pizza crust and put it in the oven for about 5 minutes first. 2) I substituted Light Ranch for the Blue Cheese dressing and only used about 2/3 C and really could have used less. 3) I boiled the chicken and shredded it. 4) Instead of just hot sauce, I added Tabasco and Chili sauce to the Hot Sauce and then also added just a tiny amount of BBQ sauce. 5) Then, I sprinkled it with a Italian pre-shredded cheese mix. It only needed to be cooked for about 7 minutes after that. It prepared very quickly... almost too quick. My goal was to take it out of the oven when my husband walked in the door but it was ready when he was about 5 minutes out, so it had time to sit.

Perfect pizza for our family! We did use Ranch and reduced the amount to just covering the crust. Shredded the chicken and soaked it in the hot sauce for 30 minutes before baking...YUM!

This was GREAT and I will make again. Followed advice of others and lightly coated the crust with ranch then added the chicken and topped with about 4 oz of mozzarella. I used more franks hot sauce than called for probably doubled that but it was GREAT. I made a very popular crust from this site in the bread machine and it made for an easy meal, THANKS!

Love this recipe. You can't get anything like this in Australia and I very much love buffalo chicken from the states, this combined with the NY pizza base recipe is delicious.

Ok this was out of this world. Made some changes. First we used a pillsbury refridgerator roll out crust. Bake in oven first to get crispy. Ours was not soggy at all, delish! Second instead of hot sauce we used Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce/Marinade, we just happened to have it and it was very good. Finally, we like blue cheese but we like ranch too. I think this was the best change, we used ranch dressing and then sprinkled crumbles of blue cheese on top. I have to say, my boyfriend is the best cook ever, he made this and I love him.

I love buffalo and blue cheese flavors together so trying this recipe was a no-brainer. I used chunky blue cheese dressing, but only enough to coat the pizza crust. I also bought frozen buffalo chicken strips and cooked them and chopped them up instead of making my own buffalo chicken. I put the chopped buffalo chicken on the blue cheese and then sprinkled it with some crumbled blue cheese before topping with mozzarella.

YUM! I used prepackaged pizza crust and cut up rotisserie chicken. I also didn't have any Frank's hot sauce, just hot sauce like you would put on tacos, but it was AWESOME (but seriously spicy). Definitely will make this again!
