This turned out really well. I used a Boboli pre-made crust. I followed other users exmples and just brushed on enough Blue Cheese dressing to coat. I used Ken's Steakhouse Chunky Blue Cheese, but next time I might go with a different brand, it just lacked something. Instead of cubing I shreded the chicken then mixed it a little bit in a mixer with the butter and hot sauce. Next time I would soak the chicken in the hot sauce to seal in the flavor, it lost some of it's spice while it was baking in the oven. But that was easily fixed by adding more hot sauce and dressing after it was baked.
