We loved these! I added only about 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne because my son doesn't like things too hot, and I used Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Baked a little longer than called for, and after I'd dipped the wings, I let them bake a bit longer as suggested, then turned on the broiler and let them crisp up a bit, stirring every few minutes. The sauce thickened up nicely and we absolutely loved the flavor. I will definitely be making these again!

I prefer the fried wings as oppose to the baked wings. In my opinion I think the flavor of the pepper sauce clings to the wings better when fried. My family prefers fried also.

So easy to make and yummy. This recipe is fool proof. The hard part was to make the sides: fries, carrots and celery sticks, and a blue cheese sauce. 30 min for the chicken is not enough. It's more like 1 hr. We'll make this one often.

Love this recipe, I've made it a few times now with great results. My only alterations are that I now use sriracha sauce, and I broil the wings a bit.

I put my own spin on this one by cooking chicken breasts and then shredding it to cook in this sauce to put on sandwiches along with some bleu cheese (or ranch) dressing. The kids LOVED it and so did my coworkers!!

Fabulous and easy! I used the convection roast setting to make them extra crispy and subbed out bottled sauce.
