Very tasty. I was a bit surprised by the bite from the vinegary marinade. I added a handful of shredded carrots to dress it up. Also, I substituted crushed fennel seed because I didn't have celery seed.

Years ago my mother ate potato salad at a wedding. She always wondered how it was made because it was all white and tasted really refreshing. We tried this recipe and think it's the one! Great and easy to make!
